Tasting Menu from 22th of March until 1st of April

We have already started the new season and we could not think a better way to start than with our first tasting menu of 2018.

Continuing with our culinary guidelines we still offering our particular blend between traditional dishes with local and national raw materials food with the signature essence of our chefs Joan Josep Genestar and our young promise Javier Hoebeeck showing us their best signature cuisine.

On our first tasting menu you will find dishes that we also keep in our usual menu, which we will soon introduce to you, such as the Free range chicken cannelloni with a sauce from its roasting juices, citrus and crispy skin or our Grandma’s Mahon cheese cake with orange ice-cream and strawberries from Manacor, as well as tasty delights which you can only savour until Thursday 21st March. Among them we highlight our Asian influences dishes such as Pumpkin cream in thai style, taking advantage of the start of the season of this healthy and appetising vegetable.

As always we offer the option of wine-pairing to feel the complete experience of our full tasting menu. You can also freely choose your favourite wine, always recommended by our sommelier Alexander Barreiro.
