To ensure you have a full experience from the moment of booking, please read the following guidelines carefully. <strong>Restaurant reservation conditions and our cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SCHEDULES:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p>From 14 March to 1 November 2026:<\/p><p>Mon\u2013Tue: Closed<br \/>Wed\u2013Thu\u2013Fri: 19:30 h to 21:00 h<br \/>Sat-Sun: 13:00 h to 14:00 h and 19:30 h to 21:00 h<\/p><p>Exceptions: Wednesday 18 and 25 March closed. Saturday 25 April only from 19:30 to 21:00 and Sunday 1 November from 13:00 to 14:00.<\/p><p>Thank you for your punctuality, we grant 15 minutes of courtesy.<\/p><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>MENUS:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p><strong>Plenitud | 180\u20ac per person<\/strong><br \/>Wine pairing option \u20ac110 per person<\/p><p><strong>Essence | 150\u20ac per person<\/strong><br \/>Wine pairing option \u20ac90 per person<\/p><p><strong>The previously chosen menu will be served for the whole table.<\/strong><\/p><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>RESERVE<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p>Once you have made your booking online, you will receive an email with confirmation and details. If you do not receive it, the booking will not be considered valid. In order to complete your booking, you will need to provide your credit card details. These will be requested during the booking process or, in case of booking by phone or email, through a secure link that we will send you by sms or email.<\/p><p><strong>We will confirm your booking by mail or SMS once we receive your credit card details.<\/strong><\/p><p>Please note that no charge will be made at the time of booking, even if your credit card details are requested as a guarantee.<\/p><p>For any queries regarding your booking, you can contact us by email at <a href=\"mailto:reservas@fusion19.com\">reservas@fusion19.com<\/a> or by calling (<a href=\"tel:+34971894259\">+34) 971 894 259<\/a>. If the confirmation contains any incorrect information, please inform us as soon as possible.<\/p><p>Requests to change the date or number of diners will be dealt with provided that they are made sufficiently in advance and there is availability.<\/p><p>You can do so by contacting us by telephone.<\/p><h6>Conditions for last minute bookings and waiting list:<\/h6><p>Bookings with less than 24\/48 hours notice must be made directly by telephone. Sending an email within this period does not guarantee availability or confirmation of the booking. The reservation will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed through our system.<\/p><p>If you do not find availability on your desired date, we recommend that you register on our waiting list. In case of cancellations, we will contact you.<\/p><p>The minimum time in advance to make reservations through our online platform is 6 hours. If you wish to make a reservation outside this period, we invite you to contact the restaurant by telephone.<\/p><p>The opening hours of the telephone service are:<\/p><ul><li>X-D: 12:00 h a 19:00 h<\/li><\/ul><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p>The <strong>Booking requests must be guaranteed by credit card to be accepted. In the event of non-attendance or cancellation within 48h prior to your booked time, your credit\/debit card, which is provided, will be charged a per diner fee of \u20ac80.<\/strong> (10% including VAT). There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.<\/p><p>For unjustified last minute cancellation or no-show, we will charge a fee of \u20ac80 per guest in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy which you have been informed of during the booking process.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/fusion19.com\/en\/\">Fusion19<\/a> cannot be held responsible in any case if the reservation has not been formalised within the appropriate parameters established by the restaurant.<\/p><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>MENU ADAPTATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p>The customer is responsible for informing the restaurant during the booking process of any allergies or dietary requirements of the person making the reservation, as well as the rest of the companions in the field provided for this purpose. Similarly, they must inform the restaurant if the reservation is made through any other communication channel, whether by telephone, email or on site at the restaurant.<\/p><p><strong>It is the responsibility of the client to inform, during the booking process, about any allergy or food requirement, both of the holder of the booking and of the accompanying persons, in the field provided for this purpose.<\/strong>. If the reservation is made through other channels, either by telephone, email or in person, the customer must communicate this information to the restaurant.<\/p><p><strong>Fusion19 does not guarantee the possibility of adapting the menu according to allergies, intolerances or food restrictions that have been communicated less than 48 hours in advance.<\/strong>. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that adaptations for people with gluten intolerance or other foodstuffs are completely free of traces. If we have not been informed in advance, we cannot guarantee the suitability of our menus for these needs.<\/p><p>Fusion19's gastronomic proposal is based on seasonal products and has been conceived to be enjoyed for this purpose. Any modification to our tasting menus may alter the overall experience of the diner, who will not be able to fully enjoy the proposal as it has been designed. For this reason, we recommend that you enjoy the gastronomic experience without limitations, in order to discover our cuisine in the way it has been conceived.<\/p><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>CHILDREN'S POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><p>Due to the length of our dining experience, we believe that it may be too long for children. For this reason, we do not recommend booking for children under the age of 13. If your reservation includes children, please indicate this during the booking process.<\/p><p>By including a minor in the reservation, the customer undertakes to also reserve the corresponding menu for him\/her. If the minor will not be consuming, will only accompany him\/her, or requires a specific menu, it will be essential to inform of this in advance. Otherwise, it will be understood that the minor will enjoy the same menu as the accompanying adults, and the corresponding economic charge will be assumed under the same conditions.<\/p><p>Likewise, when booking with a minor, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their presence in the restaurant does not interfere with the harmonious and pleasant enjoyment of the experience of the other diners.
