The gastronomic gift voucher corresponds to an amount in euros (€) (not a closed tasting menu). The price of the menu may vary depending on the season or on dates with special pairings. On the day of booking, the voucher is exchanged for the current menu or equivalent consumption; if the total exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference is paid at the restaurant.

What is included in the Fusion19 gastronomic gift?
Includes an experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Playa de Muro, in the north of Mallorca, very close to Alcudia. You can choose from several carefully designed tasting menus with local produce, creative cuisine and optional food and wine pairing. In short, a unique proposal for those who wish to give the gift of a gastronomic experience in Mallorca.
Important:
The value of the voucher purchased corresponds exclusively to the amount paid at the time of purchase. In the event of changes to the price of the menu or if the customer decides to consume a higher menu, a discount equivalent to the value paid at the time of purchase will be applied.
What are Fusion19's opening hours?
Fusion19 offers service from Wednesday to Sunday, depending on the season.
Depending on the day, opening hours may vary between midday (13:00-14:00 h) and evening shifts (19:30-21:00 h).
We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays at certain times of the year.

Can I give Fusion19 as a gift without knowing the date of use?
Yes, you can purchase one of our tasting menus such as gastronomic gift without the need to set a specific date at the time. Subsequently, the recipient may contact us to arrange the booking, subject to availability and always within the season, until 30 October 2025.
Important: The previous selection of the menu will be applied to the whole table, therefore, it is not possible to combine different types of menus in the same reservation.
Is it possible to adapt the menu for allergies or restrictions?
Yes, as long as you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces, and that any modification may affect the original dining experience conceived by our chefs.
Can minors attend the restaurant?
We recommend that the experience be enjoyed by those over the age of 13, due to the duration and nature of our gastronomic proposal. In case of attending with a minor, it will be necessary to book a specific menu for them and duly notify them during the booking process.
Clothing and pet policy
Diners are kindly requested to wear smart casual attire. Out of respect for the environment and the dining experience, shorts are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs in accordance with duly justified specific needs.
