RESERVE

Once you have made your booking through our online system, you will receive an email confirming its validity, along with all the relevant information. If you do not receive this confirmation, the booking will not be considered complete. In order for the booking to be formalised, it is essential that you provide us with your bank card details. These will be requested during the booking process or, in case of booking by phone or email, through a secure link that we will send you by sms or email.

Your booking will not be considered effective until you receive a confirmation message by email or SMS, after guaranteeing it with your credit card details..

Please note that no charge will be made at the time of booking, even if your credit card details are requested as a guarantee.

For any communication related to your reservation, you can contact us by writing to reservas@fusion19.com or by calling (+34) 971 894 259. Likewise, if any of the information contained in the confirmation is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

If you wish to change the date of your reservation or the number of diners, your request will be dealt with as long as it is made sufficiently in advance and there is availability. To do so, you can contact us by telephone.

If you wish to make a reservation with less than 24/48 hours notice, please contact the restaurant directly by telephone. Sending an e-mail within this period does not guarantee availability or confirmation of the reservation. The reservation will only be considered valid once it has been expressly confirmed through our system.

If you do not find availability on your desired date, we recommend that you register on our waiting list. In case of cancellations, we will contact you.

The minimum time in advance to make reservations through our online platform is 6 hours. If you wish to make a reservation outside this period, we invite you to contact the restaurant by telephone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation requests must be guaranteed by credit card in order to be accepted.. In the event of non-attendance or cancellation within 48 hours prior to your booked time, your credit/debit card, which is provided, will be charged a fee of €80 per diner. (10% VAT included). In case of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance, no charge will be made.

 In case of unjustified last minute cancellation or no-show (no-show), a charge of €80 per guest will be made in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy, which you were informed of during the booking process.

Fusion19 is not responsible in any case if the reservation has not been formalised following the appropriate parameters established by the restaurant.

 

MENU ADAPTATIONS

The customer is responsible for informing the restaurant during the booking process of any allergies or dietary requirements of the person making the reservation, as well as the rest of the companions in the field provided for this purpose. Similarly, they must inform the restaurant if the reservation is made through any other communication channel, whether by telephone, email or on site at the restaurant.

It is the responsibility of the client to inform, during the booking process, about any allergy or food requirement, both of the reservation holder and of the accompanying persons, in the field provided for this purpose.to. Similarly, if the reservation is made through other channels, whether by telephone, email or in person, this information must also be communicated to the restaurant.

Fusion19 does not guarantee the possibility of adapting the menu according to allergies, intolerances or food restrictions that have been communicated less than 48 hours in advance.. Furthermore, no guarantee can be given that adaptations for people with gluten intolerance or other foodstuffs are completely free of traces. If we have not been informed in advance, we cannot guarantee the suitability of our menus for these needs.

Fusion19's gastronomic proposal is based on seasonal products and has been conceived to be enjoyed for this purpose. Any modification to our tasting menus may alter the overall experience of the diner, who will not be able to fully enjoy the proposal as it has been designed. For this reason, we recommend that you enjoy the gastronomic experience without limitations, in order to discover our cuisine in the way it has been conceived.

 

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Due to the length of our dining experience, we believe that it may be too long for children. For this reason, we do not recommend booking for children under the age of 13. If your reservation includes children, please indicate this during the booking process.

By including a minor in the reservation, the customer undertakes to also reserve the corresponding menu for him/her. If the minor will not be consuming, will only accompany him/her, or requires a specific menu, it will be essential to inform of this in advance. Otherwise, it will be understood that the minor will enjoy the same menu as the accompanying adults, and the corresponding economic charge will be assumed under the same conditions.

Likewise, when booking with a minor, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their presence in the restaurant does not interfere with the harmonious and pleasant enjoyment of the experience of the other diners. We thank you for your understanding.
