Through it, chef Javier Hoebeeck offers a creative gastronomic proposal where he combines his own and local origins, together with acquired experiences. Influences that draw a culinary journey through Mediterranean, Asian and Latin American cuisine.

A menu that, through its more than 100 culinary creations, pays tribute to Mediterranean tradition and culture, with local produce as the basis of its discourse.
